Istanbul is one of the most exciting cities in the world. The moment you step into this city, you will fall in love with its streets, ancient walls, unique vibration, and its most interesting residents, the (spoiled four-legged) - Cats.
Cats in Istanbul are so powerful that they will define where to sit, and walk, which machine to use, and whether to wait for your bus standing or sitting.
While wandering the streets, you will come across various types of cats. When visiting monuments, especially mosques, a cat will be there before you.
Taking a rest from touring all day in a café or a restaurant, you may have to wait for the cat that is resting on the table to end its nap time. Then, you will have a chance to enjoy your coffee.
At metro stations, you may be forced to swipe your transportation card on a machine of cats’ choice. Most of the time you will find cats sleeping above the machine.
On a busy working day, a cat may pay you a surprise visit to your office. It will explore your laptop, and your desk, and will wander around. If the cat is in a good mood, it will allow you to play with it, touch it, and take photos with it. However, most of the time, cats are busy. They will not have time for you. So, they will come to your office to lie over your desk. Sleep on one of the couches, or simply they will keep walking around, and you will not be allowed to come closer.
If you will try to take a photo of the cat, it will not bother to look at you. For the cat, you don’t exist.
After living for a considerable amount of time in this beautiful city, you will start to adjust to the fact that we live in a city of cats, and we are second-degree residents.
I like your way of describing things, it takes you to the place.
